From the tender age of 8, Dave Pendergraft
has been playing country music with one
goal on his mind, to have his music heard.
With great success in Texas and
surrounding areas as the lead singer of
Country Revolution, being on the top of the
music field in the state would prove
impressive. While they were being looked at
by major labels, Dave had something
happen in his personal life that called him
off of the road, he became a father. He chose
being a dad was much more important than
his music at the time.
June 10th, 2001 God put a message in Dave’s
heart when he was set free by accepting
Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. Thru
heartache and much happiness, Dave came
back on the music scene in 2006 with a bang
and making a bold statement. He came back
with the same style of music he grew up
listening to, playing, and loving, but his
message is completely different; A message
of hope, love, joy, family, and even romance.
Pendergraft released his first CD,
“Honkytonks to Heaven” in late 2006 and
will have his second project finished in
2008. With some success on minor and Indie
charts with fan favorites such as Needed,
Jesus Thank You, and Honktonks to Heaven,
his new CD promises to deliver even better
than the first. Dave travels and sings full
time playing over 100 dates a year and it is
expected that these dates will double in the
coming year.
